Can I book the Service only for myself?

No. You can book the Service for anyone, e.g. to treat your business partner with a relaxed arrival or departure or if one of your relatives pays you a visit.

I am travelling within an organized group. How can I book the Service individually?

First please check with your travel agents whether they have already made provisions by booking a service from us. This way you get all the necessary travel information from your agents. Otherwise you may book directly with us.

We are two/three of us. Will the Assistant Service become more expensive?

No. Up to three people can travel for the same price of one. With four people and more the group tariff applies

The size of our group has suddenly changed. What shall we do?

Just change your initial order. Even if the price does not change please make sure that the number of passengers is correct. This insures unnecessary wait time and guarantees that nobody in the group is overlooked. With very short term changes (i.e. less than 4 days ahead) please make the change by referring to the order number by E-Mail.

I must use a wheel chair. What am I supposed to do?

Many airlines provide wheel chairs as a cost free service. First please check with your airline whether they can support your cause.

I am worried of passing on my credit card data online. Is it safe?

All Credit Card Data is transferred via secured SSL. We do not archive your data. If still in doubt you may alternatively give us your Credit Card Data in writing. Do however consider the time for mail delivery. You will in any case receive confirmation of your transaction handling.

I rather want to pay for your Service personally in cash. Is this possible?

Yes. In this case there will be no firm online booking just a reservation instead. Once you arrive at the airport please call our Hotline that you can reach charge free from any Info telephone. One of our team will be with you within 15 minutes.

Must I declare whether I arrive by coach, taxi, train or car at the airport?

We are trying to keep the wait time until your service agent arrives with you to the minimum. With this information we can better plan.

How can I settle my bill?

Payment with Credit Card is the easiest. We currently accept VISA and MASTERCARD (Eurocard). Here you will also receive a confirmation of your order at the time. You may also pay in cash. In this event your order is confirmed but you may have to wait for up to 15 minutes until we can generate a receipt.

Must I use Euros when paying cash?

No. Next to Euro we also accept US-Dollar, CAN-Dollar, Swiss FR, British Pound, Japanese Yen and the Chinese Yuan. However please bear in mind that our services are billed in Euro and payment in other currencies will result in currency exchange charges. These will depend on the going daily rate and may vary from the rate on the day the order was given.
